HOW TO BOOK:
Please go to the "Book Now" page on our website, and book from there. You can also use the "Make a Booking Now" button on our home page.
Once you've signed in or pressed the "Not a Community Association Member? Make a Booking" button, you will need to provide your details then you can find the times our community centre is available.
To access member-only rates: If you are a Hoon Hay Community Association member or would like to join (you must live in Hoon Hay to join), you can sign up as a member using that same page.
We will no longer be taking bookings by email. Please visit our other pages on our website to read about our facilities. If you have an unusual request or a question to ask, please contact us at hoonhaycommunitycentre@gmail.com
Please note - our centre does not have a kitchen (it has a small bar fridge, sink and tea/coffee making facilities). It is an alcohol, smoke and vape free venue.
The outdoor shade sail is only in place from end of September to end of March.
CLEANING RULES:
There are strict cleaning conditions for use of the centre. We require every hire to complete our cleaning checklist, and then we complete an inspection after to ensure it has been completed.
If this is not completed, a cleaning fee will be charged to the hire.

Hoon Hay Community Association individual members - Must live in Hoon Hay to be a member

Hire rates are subject to change.
If building is left in an unclean state or anything is damaged, the hirer is responsible for any cleaning charges or costs to repair/replace items.
